Responsibilities:
--- Assist the attorney in providing comprehensive support throughout the entirety of the case including maintaining the attorney's calendar
--- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases, address their concerns, and ensure they receive excellent customer service
--- Review and organize medical records
--- Assist in preparing legal correspondence, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
--- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documentation using our case management system

Qualifications:

--- Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
--- Strong oral and written communication skills
--- 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
--- Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
--- You must be reliable and trustworthy
--- Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude!
