leads the development and implementation of strategic plans based

marketing, healthcare or related. Work Experience Required - 5
years of experience in business, sales, marketing, account or
project management, healthcare or related. Knowledge Skills and

- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based
applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to
develop and present proposals clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and meet customer
satisfaction and department/service line metrics.
- Strong financial acumen, including strategic and analytical
skills and the ability to analyze complex business issues.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify benefits of
services and/or programs from the client perspective and lead the
development of customized action plans to drive value for the
customer.
- Strong marketing skills and ability to track industry
trends.
- Strong project management/organization skills and ability to
estimate cost/budgets and manage/prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal, and
cross-organizational collaboration skills and ability to operate
effectively in complex organizations. Job Duties
- Builds effective long-term relationships and customer insights
in order to identify sales or referral opportunities that will grow
revenue, profitability and market share.
- Leads deal modeling and approval processes and develops and
executes profitability strategies.
- Develops strategic value plans by assessing customer needs
effectively, recommending solutions that meet those needs and
educating consumers about solutions.
- Drives customer satisfaction by effective delivery of
contracted solutions and creation of new value streams.
- Assesses and determines strategic priorities, direction and
needs to understand the competitive landscape and market insights
and develop strategic sales and marketing or referral plans.
- Effectively communicates across key internal and external
stakeholders and collaborates proactively with business teams to
execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Documents/reports work streams, stakeholders, partnership/sales
objectives, escalation plans, influencing variables or people,
effective pre and post call records via organization's database
reporting process, and other business results.
- Participates in marketing/network activities/events.

care or first aid. The incumbent has no occupational risk for
exposure to communicable diseases. Because the incumbent works
within a healthcare setting, there may be occupational risk for
exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste within the
environment through receipt, transport, storage, preparation,
dispensing, administration, cleaning and/or disposal of
contaminated waste. The risk level of exposure may increase
