A company is looking for a Director of New Homes Sales
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing team to support New Homes
customers in solar adoption
Manage the New Homes sales operation covering direct-to-consumer
programs and builder partner relationships
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in
sales operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance,
marketing, or related field
Minimum of 12 years of professional work experience, including 6+
years in solar operations management
4+ years in New Homes sales operations leading large teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth
environment
