Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to impact the
wellbeing of associates through effective benefit
administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day operations of Leave of Absence programs and
resolve inquiries
Research and resolve complex health and welfare benefit coverage
issues
Analyze data and trends to recommend improvements in benefit
processes
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of benefit administration knowledge and experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
data
Meticulous with a focus on accuracy
Experience with Workday, Teams, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office
preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced
environment
