Job Description:

Technical Team Lead required to develop and train field technicians, provide top-notch services, and lead by example in a fast-paced industrial HVAC chiller and mechanical equipment service environment.

The Technical Team Lead must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller and/or mechanical equipment service industry. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to all safety standards and providing safety leadership and instruction to technicians and subcontractors.
  
• Recognized as a leader by peers while being a coach and mentor within the branch.
  
• Providing solutions to complex system problems and assisting management with assuring proper field operational disciplines.
  
• Creating complete quotes and estimates for identified L&M work and submitting to the customer or Service Manager.
  
• Communicating with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Managing assigned work to meet a professional level of execution, on-time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License.
    
  • 5+ years of residential/light commercial/commercial HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience.
    
  • 5+ years of Johnson Controls internal policies and procedures.
    
  • Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
    
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
