marketing firm focused on maximizing non-profit fundraising and
community impact, is seeking an energetic and influential Brand
Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gretna. In this exciting
role, you will play a key part in our charity
campaigns—representing the mission of our non-profit partners,
engaging with the public, and raising awareness for important
causes. As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will immerse yourself
in comprehensive training, learning the art of powerful brand
representation & compelling storytelling. You'll develop expertise
in initiating meaningful conversations, educating diverse audiences
on profound charitable missions, & creating memorable experiences
that resonate with the community. Key Responsibilities of the Brand
Marketing Specialist Represent our non-profit clients as their
primary public face at community events, retail locations, and
outreach sites, embodying their mission and values. Engage
proactively & enthusiastically with diverse members of the public,
initiating conversations & creating positive, memorable
interactions. Inform potential donors and community members about
the goals, achievements, and needs of represented charities through
compelling stories. Distribute informational & promotional
materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, branded merchandise) to raise
awareness & encourage further engagement. Clearly and accurately
answer questions about the charity's programs and impact, ensuring
alignment with brand messaging. Identify receptive individuals to
generate interest and warm leads for fundraising and sales teams.
Assist with the setup & breakdown of event displays, kiosks, &
promotional booths, ensuring a professional & inviting brand
presence. Collect qualitative feedback & insights from public
interactions regarding brand perception & community interest,
reporting observations to optimize strategies. Actively participate
in daily meetings, role-playing, and training to improve product
knowledge, communication, and public engagement. Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of represented non-profit campaigns,
including their history, current work, and the impact of donations.
Maintain a consistent and positive brand image by strictly adhering
to all brand guidelines and ethical standards in communication and
conduct. Work collaboratively, share best practices, and support
campaign goals for maximum impact.
