Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Specialist to
manage claims and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with workers' compensation service vendors and
brokers to ensure proper handling of claims
Provide recommendations on process improvements, settlements, and
vendor changes
Coordinate training for management on injury reporting and ensure
compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
At least 2 years of Workers Compensation claim experience
General knowledge of workers' compensation laws and specific state
laws
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and third-party claims
management systems
Bilingual Spanish is preferred
