Job Description:
A company is looking for a Candidate Experience Specialist to
enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruiting
process.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and support pre-boarding and
onboarding processes
Ensure onboarding documentation is accurate and processed timely,
and manage background check requests
Maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders, and manage
candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of related work experience in recruitment, HR, or customer
service
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Experience in supporting multiple team members in an administrative
capacity
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and background check
processes is preferred
