Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Outreach Specialist in
Healthcare Customer Service, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide information
about eligibility services and conduct eligibility screening
Interview patients/members to gather personal information for
program eligibility determination
Initiate referrals to other agencies for additional support as
needed
Required Qualifications
Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English); fully fluent in reading,
writing, and speaking
1+ years of experience in a call center environment, including
inbound and outbound calls
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience in healthcare or government benefits agencies is a
plus
Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
