Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist who
will create and enhance training programs for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires and
deliver ongoing training on sales processes and product
knowledge
Create innovative training materials and leverage instructional
design methodologies to align content with business goals
Conduct coaching sessions and analyze performance metrics to
identify growth opportunities within the sales team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, sales, or a
related field preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, sales
enablement, or revenue operations
Proficiency with instructional design tools and experience with CRM
tools and LMS platforms
Proven ability to analyze data and drive performance
improvements
Sales experience or coaching sales teams preferred
