Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Regulatory
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned state and federal
policy and legislative matters
Prepare clear summaries and analyses of newly effective laws and
regulations based on client needs
Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate legislative and
regulatory developments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in legal studies, political science, public
policy, or a related field
3+ years of legal or regulatory experience, preferably in health
plan/managed care
2+ years of experience with state and federal political and
legislative processes
2+ years of experience using Westlaw, legislative tracking
software, and Google Workspace
