Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Counsel to provide expert
legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on credentialing, payer
enrollment, and provider licensing compliance
Advise on privacy and security compliance while collaborating with
regulatory entities and large payers
Assess legal risks and support product development to ensure
regulatory requirements are integrated
Required Qualifications
JD degree and admission to the bar in good standing in the state of
residence
7+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier law
firm and preferably 2+ years in a tech/startup environment
Experience supporting sales organizations targeting enterprise
customers
Deep knowledge of credentialing, licensing, payer enrollment, and
compliance regulations
Experience interacting with regulatory agencies and large
payers
