In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Manage and process reservations, ensuring data accuracy. Handle payment transactions and provide guests with receipts. Answer guest inquiries regarding accommodations and services. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and events. Assist with resolving any guest issues or complaints in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using reservation and payment processing systems. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
