Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active State Physical Therapy License
in Mississippi is required to start the assignment. BLS
certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working
in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement treatment
plans for adults with mobility and functional deficits.
Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
