a comment Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical
Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs,
developing individualized care plans, and implementing effective
treatment strategies to enhance mobility and improve overall
physical function. *The position will work as a PT at two of our
communities: Sunplex Subacute Center & Plaza Community Living
Center. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients'
physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement
personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
Utilize various therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and
rehabilitation, exercises, and home care strategies. Collaborate
with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures,
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment
outcomes. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical
therapy practices and medical terminology. Requirements: Skills
Proven work experience as a physical therapist assistant Intensive
education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with
different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment
practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior
Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to
practice physical therapy assistant
