Job Description:
EnduraCare Acute Care Services (ECS) is seeking a dedicated
Occupational Therapist to join our progressive therapy management
team. At ECS, we are committed to enhancing patient health and
well-being by providing exceptional therapy services within
hospital settings. The ideal candidate will focus on addressing
patients' physical, emotional, and environmental needs, following
through with tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering
independence and functional ability. The Occupational Therapist
will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to
implement patient-specific treatment plans, documenting progress
and adjusting treatments as necessary to meet health outcomes and
optimize our hospital partners' financial performance. Evaluate
patient conditions and develop appropriate therapy treatment plans.
Implement patient-specific occupational therapy interventions.
Assess and document patient progress and adjust interventions as
needed. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy
techniques and goals. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Attend and contribute to team
meetings and case reviews. Maintain patient confidentiality and
adhere to professional standards. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple patient cases
effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k A valid state
Occupational Therapy license. NBCOT Certification as an
Occupational Therapist.
