What We Offer You Collaborative Pediatric Neurology Team: Work alongside three full-time and one part-time pediatric neurologist, supported by APPs, RNs, MAs, and nurse navigators Engaging Clinical Mix: Manage bread-and-butter neurology cases plus specialized clinics for EMU, Botox, seizure, and neurodevelopmental care, with optional EEG/EMG interpretation Predictable Call Structure: Light 1:4 call with reduced clinic volume on call days (4-5 patients maximum) and no hospital overnights Strong Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $262K-$280K, quality bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Sign-on bonus, relocation support, CME time and allowance, malpractice coverage, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Who You Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neurology Open to new graduates and experienced physicians EEG/EMG skills welcome but not required Team-oriented approach with an interest in teaching and mentoring residents Live and Work in Baton Rouge, Louisiana Louisiana's capital offers a blend of Southern hospitality, academic energy, and family-friendly living.
