Behavioral Health of Baton Rouge is seeking a Psychiatrist (MD or
DO) to join our local outpatient center in the heart of Baton
Rouge, LA. At Integrated Behavioral Health, we specialize in caring

multidisciplinary, integrated approach with expertise in
psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and the most up-to-date
alternative treatments. As a Psychiatrist, you will treat a wide
variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our
diverse patient population. You will be responsible for assessing,
diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications for behavioral
health and psychological disorders. Additionally, as part of the

Provide direct clinical services to patients in the form of
psychosocial assessments to individuals, families and couples
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing
medication management Collaborate as a member of multi-disciplinary
integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans
Foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care
with external providers Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic
records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance
with all regulatory requirement You’ll be rewarded and recognized

as well as provide development for other roles you may be
interested in such as TMS and Spravato treatment. This role also
includes quarterly bonus incentives. Required Qualifications: Clear
and active Physician License (MD or DO) in the state of Louisiana
Board Certified or Board Eligible in psychiatry Federal Drug
Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration Controlled Dangerous
Substances (CDS) License Within commuting distance of Baton Rouge,
LA Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of Behavioral Health
experience in an outpatient clinical setting Experience working
with computers for professional communication and medical
documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
Expertise in treating children, adolescents, and families The
salary range for this role is $214,000 to $382,000 annually based
on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash
compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and
bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay
is based on several factors including but not limited to local
labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
