Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Rescheduler to coordinate
therapy appointments and provide customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently coordinate therapy appointments for clients
Provide warm and friendly customer service to parents and clinical
staff via email and phone
Collaborate with admin staff to schedule make-up appointments and
support regional growth
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Energetic self-starter with strong organizational skills
Experience in systems like CentralReach, MS Office 365, SharePoint,
Avachato, Zendesk, and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Supply chain logistics experience or education strongly
preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle
time-sensitive tasks
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
