Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Management Specialist/
Exhibit Management (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Project manage and coordinate exhibition sponsorships with
marketing stakeholders from start to finish
Manage all exhibition and event vendors, including quotations,
invoicing, and on-site execution
Support the portable exhibit program and manage deliverables and
deadlines for print and digital content
Required Qualifications
1-2 years' experience planning and implementing small to mid-size
trade shows
Proven budget and vendor management experience
Healthcare/Pharma industry experience
Experience with Smartsheet for budget and project management
Ability to work through change in an evolving exhibit and event
environment
