Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Manager to provide personalized
service to financial advisors while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor new business submissions and manage issues for
assigned advisors
Organize and prioritize workload to ensure timely processing and
issuance of cases
Communicate with advisors to provide updates and resolve complex
service issues
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent
education/experience
One year of experience in financial services operations or related
industry
PC skills for data entry and navigation within multiple systems
Proficiency using MS Office
Knowledge of life and/or annuity products is preferred
