A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager, Access &
Affordability - Patient Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee performance and optimize workflows within the call
center
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and manage
team workloads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for training, onboarding,
and continuous development of staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum 1 year of management or team lead experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related
fields
Experience with insurance eligibility verification and
reimbursement processes
Previous supervisory experience of remote staff
