Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager, Access &
Affordability - Patient Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the performance of call center clusters and ensure
compliance with standard operating procedures
Plan and optimize workflows, manage team workloads, and audit team
members' work for accuracy
Collaborate with leadership to identify improvements and provide
training and development for staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum 1 year of management or team lead experience
At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical
billing, or insurance verification
Experience with insurance eligibility verification and related
processes
Previous supervisory experience of remote staff
