Job Description:
A company is looking for a TikTok Shop & Influencer Partnerships
Manager to lead affiliate marketing campaigns that drive sales and
brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to
clients' TikTok presence and objectives
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and influencers for
multiple clients
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns and
ensure compliance with brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer
management, or social commerce
High level of familiarity with the TikTok Shop affiliate
interface
Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure affiliate
performance
Demonstrated success in affiliate management with a sales-oriented
approach
Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs is preferred
