Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Integration and
Experience Manager to lead operational strategy and customer-facing
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and refine operational workflows to optimize efficiency and
support product launch and performance
Develop and maintain relationships with vendor management and
customer service teams, acting as the primary contact for feedback
and inquiries
Collaborate with product teams to implement strategies that drive
customer adoption and engagement
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within
banking, fintech, or financial services
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building products that support
operations and customer experience
Experience with servicing loans or supporting various loan
products
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the
financial sector
Proven track record of enhancing customer experiences and fostering
client relationships
