Job Description Job Description Electrical Project Manager (Commercial Projects) Electrical Project Manager (Commercial Projects) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and electrical codes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project design and execution. Prepare and review project estimates and bids using software such as Accubid and Bluebeam. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and NFPA. Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations (NEC, NFPA). Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Accubid and Bluebeam. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
