Job Description:
A company is looking for a Back End Engineer (W2/EOR- US/CAN,
Europe and LATAM).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop
products and features
Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical
design, development, testing, and launch
Mentor junior engineers and improve developer workflows and best
practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems
5+ years of experience in general purpose programming languages
(Go, Python, Rust, Ruby)
Experience with GraphQL, REST, and API design and
implementation
Familiarity with distributed caching layers and large-scale data
storage systems like Cassandra
Proven track record of leading projects requiring cross-team
collaboration
