Job Description:

Technical Team Lead sought to lead and develop a team of field technicians, providing top-notch service and training opportunities.

We're looking for a skilled craftsman with a minimum of five years of experience in industrial HVAC chiller and mechanical equipment service. As a Technical Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading a team of technicians and providing safety leadership and instruction
  
• Developing and managing quotes and estimates for identified work
  
• Assisting with the identification and ordering of material needs
  
• Communicating with customers and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  
• Managing assigned work to meet professional execution standards
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License
    
  • 5+ years of residential/light commercial/commercial HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience
    
  • 5+ years of experience with Johnson Controls' internal policies and procedures
    
  • Valid driver's license and relevant licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler, and steam
    
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
