Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time, virtual contract position offers an opportunity to
provide speech-language pathology services in a school-based
setting for the second semester, with potential for annual renewal.
As a remote role focused on pediatric therapy, this position
requires licensed professionals to deliver teletherapy to students
in need of specialized speech and language interventions. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for
school-aged children Provide teletherapy services that align with
educational goals and state guidelines Collaborate with educators,
families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality
standards Monitor and report on student outcomes throughout the
semester Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language
Pathology license in Louisiana; dual licensure or certification
required if practicing across state lines Proven school-based
experience providing speech-language pathology services to
pediatric populations Demonstrated proficiency delivering
teletherapy in an educational setting Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents,
and school staff Ability to work independently in a virtual
environment while managing a full caseload Location: Remote role
servicing the Metairie, LA area Contract Details: 1099 contractor
status; this role does not offer employee benefits Full-time
