Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services via teletherapy for
K-12 students in a school setting located in Metairie, LA. This
full-time contract position runs through the current school year,
beginning ASAP and concluding in May 2026. The role involves
delivering remote speech therapy services to support individualized
student needs within the school calendar. Key responsibilities
include: - Conducting speech-language evaluations, assessments, and
treatment plans using teletherapy platforms - Implementing
evidence-based interventions for K-12 students with speech and
language disorders - Collaborating with school staff and families
to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals - Maintaining accurate
and timely documentation in compliance with school and state
standards - Adhering to confidentiality and professional ethical
guidelines during virtual service delivery Qualifications and
experience: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or
Communication Disorders - Active state license to practice in
Louisiana and fully licensed in the state of residence -
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA - Minimum of
three years of experience providing speech therapy services in
school settings within Louisiana - Proficiency with teletherapy
platforms and remote service delivery - Successful completion of
technology screening assessments - One professional reference on
file confirming qualifications and experience Work schedule and
location: - Full-time, 35 hours per week with 7-hour days plus a
30-minute unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday aligned with the
school calendar - Location: Metairie, LA (teletherapy delivery to
assigned schools) This position offers the chance to make a lasting
