We are looking for dedicated and experienced Ready Mix Drivers to join our team. Job Description: As a Ready Mix Driver at HRM Concrete, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to various job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete products to construction sites. Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Load and unload concrete, ensuring accurate delivery according to customer specifications. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries. Maintain a clean and operational vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum of 3 years of experience driving a ready mix truck is REQUIRED. Other types of experience outside of direct Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driving is not considered. We do not offer training opportunities at this time. Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50lbs or more to move materials as needed. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.
