Job Description Seeking a seasoned level 2 or 3 91B , 91A, 91H, 91M, 91P, 91S, 88L, 15N, 15T, 15B, 15D - MECHANIC who possesses a solid base of diesel engine mechanics, mild abilities to assemble tracked machine chassis, break down tracked belted propulsion systems, and has an understanding of Hydraulic pumps and Hydrostatic systems. 15B , 15D, 15N, & 15Ts are requested to apply due to commanding knowledge of complex systems, problem solving abilities, and mechanic understanding in a prior aviation occupation. Hydraulic/Hydrostatic knowledge can be taught OJT, but prior knowledge is a plus. Job Candidate needs to know how to operate solo and unattended in a dedicated, spacious, bay station of 1 x tracked machine until repairs are resolved. All mechanic employees possess provided tool sets of common and proprietary nature, standard and metric. 1st line Supervisor is either Maintenance or Rental department supervisors. Being a team player and having a likable and positive attitude is necessary to secure allocated position. Showing up on time is a required and prior notice of Doctor appointments and PTO is standard. This opportunity requires mild ability to climb up stairs and safely traverse in, on, and around the tracked machine without assistance. Mechanics will be given fork lift training and be required to operate an overhead warehouse 5 ton crane. Class E (basic) drivers license is a bonus, but not required. Candidates show up for work, possess a congenial mindset, and maintain a demeanor becoming of a good employee should apply. Desired MOS: 91B (Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic), 91A (Abrams System Maintainer), 91H (Track Repair Repairer), 91M (Bradley fighting Vehicle System Maintainer), 91P (Self-propelled Artillery Systems Mechanic), 91S (Stryker Systems Maintainer), 88L (Watercraft Engineer), 15N (Avionic Mechanic), 15T (UH-60 Helicopter Repairer/Aircrew), 15B (Aircraft Repairer), 15D (Aircraft Powertrain) Certificates/Security Clearances/Other Honorable Discharge with no prior criminal activity. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities No 10 level applicants. Mature, serious prospects. No CDL NO Forklift License Safety and forklift instruction provided
