Paid training Great culture and team dynamic Team Qualifications (Must Have Requirements): Minimum 1 years of experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs frequently. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities): High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services, in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications, under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, adequately stocked, and organized truck, and ensure all company equipment is in proper working order. Be accessible by phone and, as necessary, participate in the on-call schedule. Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed.
