Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage behavior-driven, cross-channel campaigns to drive
enrollment and improve program engagement
Leverage data to create personalized messaging and audience
segments for diverse member groups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in the
member journey and ensure campaign alignment with business
objectives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Lifecycle or email marketing role with
proven success in conversion and retention
Skilled in developing lifecycle strategies and analyzing campaign
performance
Proficient in email tools, HTML, and channel-specific best
practices
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a track record of building strong
partnerships and optimizing campaigns
