We welcome candidates from other hard-working, blue-collar industries, such as construction, lawn care, landscaping, retail, grocery, sanitarians and other customer service-oriented backgrounds. You bring the right attitude and customer service experience, and we will provide the training to ensure your success! You will inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers using high-quality and environmentally-responsible products. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services. /n /n DETAILS /n - Full-time position /n /n /n Requirements /n /n Responsibilities /n /n - Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders. /n - Must deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues. /n - Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed. /n - Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services. /n - Perform residential pest management service routes with the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and efficiency. /n - Complete all duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: customer consultation, inspection, identify/eliminate conducive conditions and perform proper treatments. /n - Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job-related items. /n - Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest related issues by using integrated pest management strategies /n /n Qualifications /n TRAITS /n /n - Reliable: Establishes and upholds our company culture and values. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus. /n - Problem-solver: Prioritizes understanding the problem over chasing new solutions.
