Responsibilities: • Process accounts receivable transactions with precision, ensuring timely and accurate entry. • Manage commercial collections, following up on outstanding invoices and resolving payment discrepancies. • Apply cash receipts to customer accounts, maintaining up-to-date records. • Execute cash collection strategies to optimize revenue and reduce overdue balances. • Handle billing functions, including the preparation and distribution of invoices. • Collaborate with team members to identify and address issues impacting receivables. • Maintain organized documentation of financial activities for auditing purposes. • Generate reports to monitor accounts receivable performance and provide actionable insights. • Communicate with clients professionally to address payment concerns and inquiries. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all processes. • Proven experience in accounts receivable, including commercial collections and cash applications. • Familiarity with billing functions and cash collection procedures. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. • Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounts receivable processes. • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions. • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports. • Knowledge of compliance standards related to financial operations.
