Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Tax &
Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee global tax strategy, compliance, and treasury operations,
managing external tax advisory firms
Implement and maintain the company's global investment policy to
optimize liquidity and cash flow management
Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with transfer
pricing regulations and support M&A tax due diligence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related
field
8+ years of experience in tax and treasury, preferably in a
multinational or SaaS environment
In-depth knowledge of global tax regulations and treasury
operations
Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite) and tax compliance software
(Avalara)
Preferred: CPA or Master's in Taxation
