Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interim Controller/Accounting
Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including
billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and
financial reporting
Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and
standards
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or
CMA certification preferred
Experience in accounting or financial management within the
government contracting industry
Proven experience with Unanet or Deltek government contracting
software is required
Strong knowledge of federal regulations, including FAR and
DFARS
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a
remote environment
