Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Representative - Remote in
CST or EST.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to gather
missing information from clients, patients, and carriers
Research and enter missing information for billing accessions and
educate customers on billing processes
Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports while meeting
performance goals related to efficiency and customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of healthcare billing experience
1+ years of experience in a related office or customer service
environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Tools and Windows PC applications
